Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II for a fully remote role supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to drive critical healthcare initiatives with autonomy and visibility.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of BSA experience, Medicare Encounter processing knowledge, strong SQL, and experience in a payer environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Proactively schedule calls to move initiatives forward with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
