Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, a premier IT and healthcare staffing firm, seeks a Business Systems Analyst II for a remote EST role supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives.

You will gather requirements with stakeholders, analyze data, perform testing, and drive solutions in a fast-paced payer environment. Strong SQL and healthcare domain experience are required; contract-to-hire with visibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and effectively to move projects along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
