Open Bionics Limited in the United States is seeking a hands-on, data‑driven commercial leader to head US growth. As Head of US Commercial Growth, you will build the end‑to‑end commercial system and patient journey, from lead qualification through authorization, order, delivery, billing and aftercare.

The role requires up to 20–30% travel across the USA, experience scaling multi-site healthcare or medical devices, and strong leadership of regional managers and clinical staff to deliver steady

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial or operations leadership experience in multi-site healthcare, medical devices, prosthetics, or similar.
• Experience managing a revenue operation of around 12 clinics and scaling beyond that.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the US commercial plan and translate targets into regional goals with a disciplined cadence.
• Manage the end‑to‑end patient journey from inquiry to aftercare and cash collection.
• Lead and develop 3–4 Regional Managers and a broader clinical team to hit targets.
