Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Ability to attend all required training.
• Flexibility to work full-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Must remain on camera during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with questions related to benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, applications, and healthcare products.
• Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
• Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and follow-up needs.
• Make occasional outbound follow-up calls to help resolve open issues.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations.
