Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers and enrollees while following privacy standards.
• Assist individuals with Marketplace health care coverage applications and enrollments.
• Document inquiries and updates accurately in required systems.
• Process life events, demographic updates, and enrollment changes.
• Coordinate materials requests and translation services as needed.
• Escalate complex issues and participate in trainings.
