Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support information technology applications across their lifecycle, including EHRs, scheduling, billing, and PACS. This fully remote role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a focus on optimizing and supporting healthcare software platforms.

The staff analyst will manage small projects, maintain Epic certifications, and collaborate with vendors. Expect analyses, design work, testing, documentation, and user training to enable efficient

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.
Experience with healthcare applications lifecycle.
Knowledge of systems analysis and operating systems.
Ability to translate requirements into design specs.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications.
Configures, tests, installs, and monitors systems and workflows.
Documents workflow changes and designs to meet business needs.
Partners with external vendors for third‑party apps integration and support.
Performs project management for small to mid‑size initiatives.
Develops training and knowledge materials for end users.
