Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across healthcare workflows in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design translation, configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization of clinical and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and peers, manage PM tasks for small projects, and contribute to training and documentation while maintaining certifications such as Epic.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare applications and information systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into design and development specifications.
• Experience with project management for small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to stakeholders by analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Translates requirements into design and development specifications and supports product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains enterprise systems and related hardware/ software.
• Documents workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Performs PM functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Follows change management standards and contributes to training materials.
• Develops and maintains testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
