Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst for remote IT support of healthcare applications across the full lifecycle, including EHRs, scheduling, billing, PACS, and related technologies. The role involves small project management, collaboration with vendors, and development of training materials.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with Epic certification pursued as needed. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, standard business hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of work experience or four years while pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Certification on one or more Epic applications is required or will be pursued during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Translate requirements into design/development specifications and provide product management.
• Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems and applications.
• Partner with external vendors for integration/implementation and troubleshooting.
• Lead small to mid-size projects as PM with multiple teams.
• Develop training materials and knowledge-based resources for end-users.
