Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced QA professional to own the testing strategy for a healthcare analytics platform built on Exasol and Tableau. You will lead test planning, execute data and BI tests, coordinate UAT with clients, and manage defect resolution with a focus on data accuracy and security.

You will guide reconciliation testing for cost of care metrics, ensure data quality across pipelines, and drive go-live readiness ahead of the January 2027 UAT and March 1, 2027 MVP launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA or software/data testing, incl. 2 years leading testing for data analytics/BI projects.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, payer, EHR).
• Strong SQL skills to query, validate, reconcile and investigate datasets.
• Experience developing/executing test cases and validating data transformations.
• Hands-on UAT management, coordinating client testers and defect resolution.
• Experience using JIRA for test management and traceability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of healthcare analytics, data quality, and reconciliation methods.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the QA strategy for a healthcare Contract Performance Analytics Platform built on Exasol and Tableau.
• Review, develop, and execute test cases and scripts in JIRA with full traceability to requirements.
• Define and execute financial reconciliation testing for total cost of care, PMPM, benchmarks, and projections.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and Tableau dashboards for accuracy and filter correctness.
• Independently trace dashboard metrics back to source claims/clinical data.
• Lead internal testing and coordinate client-facing UAT, including planning and reporting.
• Validate RBAC, restricted data sets, and PHI audit logging for security/compliance.
• Coordinate UAT participants, track progress, and prioritize issues efficiently.
• Lead defect triage, tracking actions and 72-hour turnaround standards.
• Escalate risks, monitor progress, and report QA metrics to leadership.
• Provide go-live readiness assessments with PMO recommendations.
• Support beta, client UAT in Jan 2027, and MVP launch by Mar 1, 2027.
