Jobgether is seeking a Healthcare Analytics QA Lead for a partner-based role in the United States. The candidate will own QA strategy for a value-based care analytics platform, overseeing end-to-end testing of dashboards, data pipelines, and financial reconciliation against claims data.

UAT leadership, strict defect timelines, and PHI/compliance controls are central to the role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/testing, healthcare data experience, strong SQL, and experience with BI tools

Formación

• 5+ years in QA or software/data testing, including 2+ years leading testing for analytics/BI projects.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, payer, EHR).
• Strong SQL skills to query, validate, reconcile, investigate complex datasets.
• Experience developing/executing test cases, validating data transformations, identifying discrepancies.
• Hands-on UAT management, coordinating client testers, and defect resolution.
• Experience using JIRA for test management and traceability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to trace dashboard metrics through data pipelines to source records.
• Ability to enforce defect resolution timelines and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate the QA strategy for a healthcare Contract Performance Analytics Platform built on Exasol and Tableau.
• Review, develop, and execute test cases and scripts in JIRA with full traceability to requirements.
• Define and execute financial reconciliation testing to validate PMPM, benchmarks, and projections against source data (±3%).
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and Tableau dashboards for accuracy, completeness, and correct filtering.
• Independently trace dashboard metrics back to original claims and clinical data sources.
• Lead internal testing activities and coordinate client-facing UAT, including planning, kickoff, execution, and reporting.
• Validate RBAC, PHI controls, and audit logs to support data security and compliance.
• Coordinate UAT participants, monitor testing progress, document issues, and prioritize resolution.
• Lead defect triage, track corrective actions, and maintain a 72-hour turnaround standard.
• Escalate risks to PMO and leadership when needed.
• Monitor and report test execution progress, defect trends, reconciliation results, and quality metrics.
• Provide go-live readiness assessments and PMO recommendations.
• Support beta release, client UAT in Jan 2027, and MVP launch targeted for March 1, 2027.
