Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking a Senior QA Lead to own day-to-day QA execution and testing coordination for a digital healthcare platform. The role combines hands-on automation, manual testing, and data validation across web, mobile, backend, and data products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software QA with 3–5 years in a lead or senior role.
• Hands-on automation for UI and API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile SDLC.
• Healthcare domain knowledge (HIPAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test plans, test cases, and scripts for features and releases.
• Coordinate testing across web, mobile, APIs, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Validate data quality and transformations across pipelines and data lakes.
• Support AI/ML model testing for output consistency and accuracy.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and provide feedback to development teams.
• Track test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness.
• Mentor QA engineers and testers.
