Job summary

Stellent IT LLC is seeking a hands-on UAT Testing Lead to co-own internal UIT/UAT for a healthcare analytics platform built on Exasol and Tableau. Remote with 15% travel; you will ensure dashboard numbers align to source claims and clinical data.

You will draft and execute testing scripts, lead kickoff, monitor progress, log defects, and work with the team to determine mitigation strategies, reporting go-live readiness to the PMO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA/testing experience, including 2+ years leading testing on data or BI projects.
• Healthcare data experience (claims, eligibility or EHR data).
• Strong SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience running UAT and managing defects in JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality assurance approach; review test cases and scripts in JIRA that trace back to requirements.
• Define and run the 3% financial reconciliation test (total cost of care, PMPM, benchmarks, projections).
• Validate data pipelines, Exasol transformations and Tableau dashboards for accuracy, completeness and filters.
• Test role-based access, restricted data sets and PHI audit logging.
• Coordinate client UAT testers; run defect triage and hold the 72-hour turnaround.
• Report test progress, defect trends and go-live readiness to the PMO.

ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW

Client is helping a large, multi-hospital integrated health system build a Contract Performance Analytics Platform for its value-based care contracts: an MSSP ACO, its employee health plan, and Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts. The platform combines Epic, CMS, and payer claims data in Exasol. It will deliver eight operational dashboards in Tableau, with financial results reconciled to within 3% of source claims. Key dates: Operational Analytics Snapshot (beta release) and client UAT in January 2027, full MVP go-live on March 1, 2027, and Medicare Advantage/Commercial expansion through June 2027.

ROLE SUMMARY

We need a hands-on QA lead to co-own internal testing (UIT) and client user acceptance testing (UAT) for a healthcare analytics platform built on Exasol and Tableau from a quality perspective. You will make sure every dashboard number ties back to source claims and clinical data. Ensure that testing scripts are drafted and executed. Lead UIT & UAT Kick Off, monitor progress, capture and log defects, and work with internal team to determine mitigation strategies.
