Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital finance or healthcare cost accounting or related area.
• 5+ years managing cost accounting operations including allocations and profitability modeling.
• 5+ years supporting hospital budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• 3+ years presenting analyses to hospital executives and leaders.
• 3+ years leading analytical initiatives or budgeting support functions.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership.
• Experience providing strategic cost accounting insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder and program management across client organizations.
• Partner with executives to support objectives with actionable analytics.
• Manage analytics portfolio and communicate developments to clients.
• Prioritize client objectives to develop a cohesive analytics roadmap.
• Liaise between leadership and analytics delivery teams.
• Communicate project updates, successes, issues and risks.
• Lead analytical insights related to metrics, profitability and performance.
• Oversee design and delivery of analyses to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with data governance and engineering for data accuracy.
• Develop and present analytical summaries and education topics.
• Recruit, develop and evaluate professional staff.
• Oversee time tracking and prioritization of projects.
