This remote role allows work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office four days per week for Minneapolis or Washington, DC area hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, strategy, business planning, or market intelligence.
• 3+ years using healthcare data to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience working with large complex datasets.
• 3+ years of presenting analytical findings to leadership using MS PowerPoint or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategy, business development, physician enterprise, and service line leaders to support enterprise growth priorities.
• Evaluate market opportunities using demographics, utilization trends, patient migration, and payer dynamics.
• Analyze referral patterns, patient flow, market potential, and demand forecasts for growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations with quantified impact.
• Manage analytics portfolios and align client objectives into cohesive roadmaps.
• Liaise between leadership, analytics delivery, data engineering, and governance teams for data assets.
• Present insights to stakeholders and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation.
