Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technology and product leadership for complex, mission-critical initiatives supporting the VA HTMS contract. This role is fully remote within the United States with core hours 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

The position focuses on enterprise technology leadership, product strategy, and architecture for healthcare data interoperability, with cross-functional collaboration across product development, operations, and business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related field.
15 years of experience, or 10 additional years of commensurate experience.
Experience leading enterprise technology, product strategy and architecture for complex systems.
Experience in interoperability and secure data exchange across organizations.

Responsibilities

Gathers information on product capabilities and translates requirements into executable roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Develop and execute technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Identify opportunities, risks, and impacts to delivery from business requirements and workflows.
Oversee day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of key applications.
