Job summary
GovCIO is hiring a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technology and product leadership for complex, mission-critical initiatives in healthcare, research, data management and interoperability. This is a fully remote role within the United States with core hours 8 AM–5 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Systems or Business with substantial experience and a proven track record in enterprise technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, Business or related field with 15 years (or 10 extra years) of experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product development, operations and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and secure data exchange across organizations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technology and product leadership for healthcare, research, data management and interoperability.
- Lead cross-functional teams; align efforts across product development, operations and stakeholders.
- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, architecture approaches and implementation plans.
- Analyze requirements, workflows, environments to identify delivery impacts.
- Assess processes to uncover gaps and modernization opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of key applications.
- Facilitate change management and resolve issues early.
