Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Sales Call Center Representative I to drive patient growth through outbound telemarketing. You will conduct 300+ outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments while learning Medicare basics. The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a results-driven mindset.

Training is provided, and the position offers a base salary with a performance-based bonus, with remote work options and a schedule aligned to call center hours.

Qualificações

• Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing.
• Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure.
• Experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM is preferred.
• US work authorization.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition.
• Utilize sales skill sets including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing.
• Understand Medicare Basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
• Other duties, as assigned.
