Gateway Services is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support operations across the Central region. This field-facing role involves partnering with operational leaders, conducting workplace assessments, and driving practical safety improvements in a multi-site environment.

You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and help implement preventive actions while maintaining strong collaboration with HR, Fleet, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least four years of safety experience.
• Experience with workplace inspections and investigations.
• Ability to work independently across a dispersed territory.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections and assessments.
