Gateway Services is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support operations across the Central region. This field-facing role partners with Operations leadership to identify risks, conduct workplace assessments, support incident investigations and translate safety requirements into practical actions that protect people.

You’ll travel up to 50% and spend time in Care Centers, collaborating with leaders and frontline teams to implement safety programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• At least four years of safety experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.
• Experience with workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to assess hazards and recommend practical controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operational leaders.

Mansioni

• Partner directly with Operations to address safety priorities.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and job-hazard analyses.
• Investigate incidents and vehicle accidents; support investigations.
• Support return-to-work planning and accommodations.
