Job summary

The Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department at the American Heart Association supports health sciences research and measure development initiatives through project coordination and administrative support. You will work with internal staff, researchers, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This full-time, benefits-eligible role is grant-funded with current funding through April 1, 2027 and offers a remote/home-based work option,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Administrative expertise with clerical responsibilities and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internal, external, and cross-functional meetings.
• Develop and maintain information in project tracking systems and SharePoint sites.
• Handle invoices, budgets, and contract/grant administration tasks.
• Support virtual meeting logistics and technology setup.
• Serve as primary contact for project participants and partners.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
