Job summary

American Heart Association seeks a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, grant-funded role supports health sciences research and measure development through coordinated meetings, documentation, and reporting.

The position is home-based with access to Heart U and local training resources to support your success, including work-life harmonization and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is not sufficient for this role.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and activities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and meetings with internal staff, SMEs, researchers, and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports in SharePoint/databases.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks including invoices and budget tracking.
• Support virtual meetings setup and technical logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for project participants and onboarding activities.
• Prepare materials, summaries, and communications aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Disseminate program materials and templates to stakeholders.
