Harboroaks is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the State of Delaware. This remote position will focus on expanding service lines by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and key sources.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, manage leads, and create initiatives to foster referrals. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with two years of sales experience. This role involves frequent travel within the community.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in sales and/or marketing required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.
