GovCIO is seeking a Health Products Technical Subject Matter Expert to provide strategic technology and product leadership for mission-critical initiatives under the VA HTMS contract. The role is fully remote within the United States with core hours 8 AM–5 PM ET, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing roadmaps and architectures, and ensuring secure data exchange across organizations.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise tech strategy and architecture for complex systems.
• Ensure systems interoperability and secure data exchange.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Lead change management with stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day operations and incident triage.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic technology and product leadership for healthcare, research, data management, and interoperability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product development, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Analyze requirements, workflows, technical environments, and dependencies to identify impacts to delivery.
• Assess enterprise workflows to uncover gaps and modernization opportunities.
• Serve as operational manager for key applications and continuous improvement.
• Champion structured change management and facilitate issue resolution.
