Responsibilities
- Gathers information on product capabilities and requirements; translate to network/system specs.
- Leads cross-functional teams and aligns product development, operations and stakeholders.
- Develops technology strategies, roadmaps, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Analyzes business requirements, workflows, and environments to identify risks and impacts.
- Performs enterprise workflow assessments to uncover modernization opportunities.
- Oversees day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of key applications.
- Champions structured change management and facilitates issue resolution.
