Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a Data Entry professional for remote work in the Health Plan and Healthcare Services department. This full-time role involves maintaining accurate member coverage information, ensuring the integrity of member records.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience in enrollment processing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. An understanding of Medicaid and Medicare systems is preferred. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm CST.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in enrollment processing, particularly with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial enrollment.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Good oral/written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member coverage information in health insurance.
• Review and reconcile member records for eligibility and plans.
• Process applications for new or reinstated members.
• Examine and reconcile Third Party Liability (TPL) records.
• Adhere to team procedures and HIPAA policies.
• Interact with staff to address enrollment issues.
• Contact members for additional information if needed.
• Keep accurate records of member interactions.
