Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking a Solutions Analyst to work with established and potential clients to understand their needs relative to the services and solutions offered. You will document business requirements to ensure successful project implementations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales to define requirements, detailing source-system levels of effort, and maintaining project records.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to understand, define, and document customer requirements.
Discuss source system details to determine level of effort and provide a standard report for quotation.
Document and record information on past projects, quoted projects, and related data.
Evaluate and organize content for current and future sales engineering content.
Contribute to pricing matrix updates in collaboration with leadership.
Travel up to 10-25% as needed.
Support training of Business Development team on product offerings.
