Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking an Implementation Specialist to work with healthcare organizations on configuring and validating Health Data Archiver (HDA) deployments. You will interview customers, document legacy system usage, and ensure smooth hand-off of delivered systems.

You will collaborate with Data Integration Specialists to align specifications, train users, and validate results while maintaining a strong focus on timely project delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) and relate it to project scope and deliverables.
• Lead implementation planning meetings for data and HDA configuration needs.
• Discuss with customers to define legacy system usage and workflow needs.
• Create HDA specifications based on SOW and gathered information.
• Identify training needs and tailor training materials accordingly.
• Validate HDA applications and document findings.
• Conduct customer training.
• Build test plans for customer validation.
• Support clients and Data Integrity Team during validation.
• Deliver deployed data sources to customer stakeholders.
• Provide aftercare support for 30-day post-deploy HDA.
• Ensure timely completion of executable tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and clear communication.
