Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst to support integrated projects and strategic initiatives through collaboration with HonorHealth stakeholders and Information Technology (IT). Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Analyst or similar role.
• 5 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a rapport with business, vendor and IT partners that fosters productive communications and gains a full understanding of the business needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to determine project scope, develop project charters, and review with impacted stakeholders.
• Lead project or program initiatives utilizing appropriate project management techniques to plan, monitor, manage and report on the implementation process and status of projects and work activities.
• Acts as an advisor and ensures compliance on established change management procedures for testing, documenting, and communicating system changes.
