Randstad USA is seeking a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative to support health plan members from a home office. This role emphasizes empathetic, accurate assistance across a high-volume environment.

You will handle benefits questions, eligibility, ID card requests, and claims inquiries while ensuring data integrity and HIPAA compliance. Training is provided; occasional on-site meetings may occur within Renton or Spokane, WA.

Formación

• 6+ months of call center experience OR 2+ years of high-volume customer service.
• Must live within a 1-hour radius of Renton, WA (98057) or Spokane, WA (99210).
• Dedicated, quiet home office with high-speed wired internet.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls as the primary member advocate with empathy.
• Resolve benefits, eligibility, ID card requests, claims questions and payments.
• Update patient profiles and notes across dual screens with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow internal guidelines.
