As the primary point of contact for health plan members, you will serve as a trusted guide—answering questions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring every member receives compassionate, seamless support. Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time / Remote
• Compensation: $21.62 per hour
• Location: 100% Remote (Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Renton, WA or Spokane, WA)
• Start Date: December 14th (Interviews running 11/9 - 11/13; assessment required)

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Member Advocacy: Handle inbound calls with patience, professionalism, and empathy, guiding members through their healthcare journey.
• Benefits & Account Resolution: Act as a subject matter resource for benefit inquiries, eligibility confirmation, ID card requests, claims questions, and payment processing.
• Data Integrity & Heavy Entry: Navigate dual screens to update patient profiles, demographics, and encounter notes with 100% accuracy.
• Privacy & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA) and internal operational guidelines across all member touchpoints.

Training & Work Schedule

• Mandatory Paid Training (12 Weeks): Monday - Friday, fluctuating between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Full attendance is required.
• Post-Training Shift Schedule: Assigned set schedule within the operating window of 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST (Monday - Sunday).
• Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work weekend shifts. You will receive two scheduled days off each week.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of call center experience OR 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience.
• Geographic Requirement: Must live within a 1-hour radius of Renton, WA (98057) or Spokane, WA (99210) for occasional equipment pickup/swaps and mandatory on-site meetings.
• Home Office: Dedicated, quiet, distraction-free home office space with high-speed, reliable hardwired internet.
• Assessment: Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment is required.
• Preferred: Prior experience in medical billing, health insurance, or healthcare customer service is an asset.
