Gastro Health is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Remote Health Informatics Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on helping end users understand our EHR software and how to use it efficiently within care centers.

You will participate in EHR implementations, train staff, configure system setups, and provide go-live support both on-site and remotely. The position offers a collaborative environment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in CS, Informatics, or related field.
4+ years healthcare experience; HIPAA knowledge.
Experience implementing healthcare product lifecycles.
Experience providing on-site and remote training.

Responsibilities

Participates in EHR implementations, planning, workflow analysis, configuration design and training of EHR software.
Delivers on deadlines, assigned responsibilities, and monitors progress of multiple projects.
Configures database setup including providers, facilities, users, documentation templates, and letters.
Provides on-site go-live support and directs training partners.
Develops training materials, courses, videos, and workflow guides for end users.
Trains personnel through in-classroom trainings, workshops, and remote webinars.
