Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or related social science field.
• 8 years of experience, including 5 years in the essential functions; CMS data experience preferred.
• PhD in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation quantitative and mixed-methods studies focusing on rural health outcomes.
• Leads data collection, databases, and advanced statistical analysis.
• Prepares client-ready materials with data visuals for diverse audiences.
• Oversees project budgets, staffing, and contract compliance.
