Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation quantitative and mixed methods studies to assess effects of health initiatives and programs on health outcomes, sustainability, capacity, and access.
• Leads and oversees data collection, data management, and development of data collection databases.

• Oversees IRB/OMB submission materials with minimal supervision.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and staffing for projects.
