Qualifications

• 8 years of experience, including 5 years directly related to the essential job functions; CMS data experience preferred.
• PhD in relevant social sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation quantitative and mixed methods studies to assess health initiatives and programs.
• Leads data collection and development of data collection databases.
• Performs statistical analysis and data wrangling; ensures data quality and reports results.
