Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 8 years of experience with 5 years in the core functions.
• Direct CMS data analysis experience preferred.
• PhD in related social science fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation quantitative and mixed methods studies to assess health initiatives, especially rural health.
• Lead data collection, data cleaning, and database development.
• Prepare client-ready reports and data visualizations (charts, dashboards, infographics).
• Supervise Research Assistants and Research Associates on sampling, weighting, and analyses.
