JBS International, Inc. is seeking a senior health data analyst to lead complex statistical studies and evaluation projects focusing on rural health transformation and CMS data analysis. You will supervise researchers, design data collection tools, and produce client-ready reports and visualizations.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate with federal clients. Remote work is possible with hybrid options near Bethesda or San Mateo.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or related social sciences.
• 8 years of experience with 5+ years in essential functions, CMS data preferred.
• PhD in related fields is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Designs evaluation quantitative and mixed methods studies to assess effects of health initiatives and programs on health outcomes, sustainability, capacity, and access.
• Manages literature reviews and information synthesis.
• Designs data collection instruments and protocols including surveys, qualitative interviews, data abstraction, and quality assessment tools.
• Leads and oversees data collection and development of data collection databases.
• Leads and oversees statistical and data analysis including cleaning and data wrangling.
• Prepares client-ready materials with data visualizations (charts, dashboards, infographics).
• Files IRB and OMB submission materials.
• Assists with project budgets, schedules, and staffing; manages contract compliance.
