JBS International is seeking a Behavioral Health Data & Analytics Director to lead a nationally significant program focused on collecting, analyzing, and using behavioral health data. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and partner with federal agencies, states, and providers to deliver reliable data and high-quality services.

The role requires 15+ years of federal program leadership, executive communication skills, and a track record in cloud modernization and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, public health, statistics, survey methodology, research, information systems, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex federal programs including senior responsibility for multi-year project delivery, client relationships, budgets, workforce performance, quality, risk, and subcontractors.
• English fluency, oral and written.
• Ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, nationally significant program that supports behavioral health data collection, analysis, and use.
• Guide a multidisciplinary team and ensure reliable data, modern technology, and high-quality public-facing resources.
• Manage program governance, schedule, budget, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level meetings, provide status updates, and ensure action item follow-through.
• Oversee data operations, including surveys, data submissions, processing, and dissemination.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, security, accessibility, and documentation standards.
