Job summary

JBS International is seeking an experienced behavioral and mental health data analyst to design and lead rural health transformation evaluations using CMS data. You will supervise research staff, develop data collection tools, and deliver high-impact reports and visualizations for federal clients.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in CMS data analysis, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 8 years experience including 5 years in CMS data analysis preferred.
• PhD in related field preferred.
• Strong statistical and data analytic skills required.
• Experience leading national evaluation projects and collaborating with federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Designs evaluation studies (quantitative and mixed methods) focused on rural health outcomes.
• Oversees data collection, instrument design, and data management.
• Performs advanced statistical analyses and data cleaning processes.
• Produces client-ready reports, dashboards, and infographics for diverse audiences.
• Develops IRB/OMB submission materials with minimal supervision.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and staffing with limited supervision.
• Ensures contract compliance and delivery of project milestones.
