CVS Health, a leader in accessible care, is seeking a Health Coach Dietitian to empower members through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based behavior change strategies.

This full-time RD role in Iowa requires licensure where applicable, with CVS supporting additional state licenses, telehealth experience, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• State dietitian licensure with willingness to obtain additional licenses; CVS supports costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 5+ years in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, or weight management.
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching and counseling.
• Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals.
• Motivate and support clients in sustainable behavior changes.
• Document coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care.
• Stay current on nutrition science and coaching best practices.
