CVS Health is seeking a Health Coach Dietitian (Registered Dietitian) to empower members to achieve health goals through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based behavior change strategies.

The role involves one-on-one virtual coaching, creating care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver integrated care. Strong communication, licensure, and telehealth experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• State dietitian licensure where applicable, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (CVS covers costs).
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, or weight management and behavior change.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms; proficient with MS Office tools.
