Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• State dietitian licensure where applicable, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (costs covered by CVS).
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management and behavior change.
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology tools.

We're seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team as a Health Coach Dietitian.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $91,052.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
