CVS Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Health Coach Dietitian team. You will empower members through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based behavior change strategies via telehealth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nutrition, 5+ years of health coaching experience, state licensure plus willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed; you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• State dietitian licensure with willingness to obtain additional licenses; CVS covers costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management and behavior change.
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology tools.

What We're Looking For - REQUIRED

• State dietitian licensure (where applicable), with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (costs supported by CVS)
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management medical nutritional therapy and behavior change
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology tools

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $91,052.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
