Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching focused on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals.
• Motivate and support members in making sustainable behavior changes.
• Document coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care.
• Stay current on nutrition science, coaching techniques, and best practices.
