Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential required.
• State licensure where applicable; willingness to obtain more licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
• 5+ years in health coaching or medical nutrition therapy and behavior change.
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication and relationships.
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching focused on weight management and preventive care.
• Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals.
• Motivate and support sustainable behavior changes.
• Document coaching sessions, progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care.
• Stay current on nutrition science, coaching techniques and best practices.
