Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a fully remote Claims Customer Service Representative for a financial client. The role involves handling 40-50 customer calls daily, delivering accurate claim information, and entering data for timely processing.

The position requires knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/REV/ICD-10 codes, experience with health insurance claims, and at least 1 year of remote call center experience. The role is contract-to-hire with a hourly pay of $20-$22.

Qualifications

• Must have supplemental health claims experience.
• Know CPT/HCPCS/REV/ICD-10 codes and billing forms used by providers/facilities.
• 1-2+ years in health insurance claims and benefits (e.g., Scheduled Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity).
• 1+ year of remote call center experience preferred.
• Ability to read medical claims forms (HCFA 1500 & UB04).
• Understanding of medical records, EOBs, and CPT codes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Make 40-50 customer service calls per day.
• Provide timely, accurate benefit and claim information to customers.
• Solicit and enter information to process claims accurately and promptly.
• Record summaries of information in the claim system with high accuracy.
• Issue timely claim acknowledgement correspondence.
• Process incoming documents with high coding integrity and distribute immediately.
