TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support the Supplemental Health team. This contract-to-hire role suits candidates who excel in fast-paced call centers, enjoy helping customers, and show meticulous attention to detail.

You will provide accurate claim information, document activity, and deliver exceptional service while working fully remotely from the United States. The position offers long-term growth potential with a temporary, then permanent, pathway.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service experience in call center or face-to-face settings.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate disability, life, and leave claims information.
• Collect required information and document claim activity.
• Enter summaries into the claim system while talking with customers.
• Process documents with high coding accuracy and distribute appropriately.
• Send claim acknowledgment correspondence promptly.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics and follow procedures.
• Demonstrate empathy and professional communication in every interaction.
• Support multiple product lines including STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life, and AD&D.
