Revecore is hiring a Health Claims Specialist to support hospitals and providers by researching, investigating, and resolving health insurance claims to maximize reconciled payments. The role emphasizes accurate UB04/HCFA filing, and proactive follow-up across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid claims.

You will join a team that values collaboration, on-camera engagement, and a structured eight-to-ten day training program led by experienced instructors.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Familiarity with UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms and subrogation information.
• Experience billing health insurance for auto accidents optional but helpful.
• Proactive claim follow-up to determine status and resolve issues.
• Experience using EPIC and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients.
• Research and resolve denials for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims.
• Perform timely follow-ups and provide information to close claims.
• Prepare and share denial reports and audits as needed.
• Utilize EPIC and MS Office across multiple screens to stay productive.
