Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers. You will focus on maximizing payments from commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid, while handling denial reports, audits, and team support.

The role includes extensive training, equipment provided, and a remote work setup with a private home office. You must reside in listed US states and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Has experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Knows how to file correct UB04's and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information to payers for payment.
• Having a familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Conducts timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and collect and/or provide information to resolve the claim.
• Has experience working in EPIC.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Prepare denial reports, audits, and provide general support to the team.
• Work in EPIC and MS Office to manage claims and documentation.
