Qualifications

• Timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve claims.
• Experience working in EPIC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on multiple screens and software simultaneously.
• Maintain productivity metrics in a fast-paced environment.
