Revecore is hiring a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and providers. Remote role with extensive training, equipment provided, and a results-driven environment.

You will work on commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims, ensuring maximum payments and timely follow-ups. The position requires familiarity with UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms, EPIC, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Has experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Knows how to file correct UB04's and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information to payers for payment.
• Having a familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Conducts timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and collect and/or provide information to resolve the claim.
• Has experience working in EPIC.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously.
• Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics.

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to ensure maximum payment from insurance companies on behalf of our clients.
• Research health insurance claims and follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment.
• Contribute to denial reports, audits, and overall support for the team.
